MicMic sender med PostNord, Bring, DAO eller GLS til den ønskede leveringsadresse. Dine leveringsmuligheder vil vises under bestillingen/betalingen.

Gratis fragt kupon
Benytter du en rabatkupon der giver gratis fragt, vil din pakke blive sendt med DAO, Bring eller GLS til nærmeste pakkeshop.

Behandlingstid/leveringstid
Normalt vil din ordre blive behandlet og sendt samme dag, som betalingen er modtaget. Fragtselskabets leveringstid tilføjes bagefter (typisk 1-3 hverdage alt afhængig af, hvem man vælger.).

Når man køber på MicMic, tilbyder vi muligheden for at man, efter købet er gennemført, kan foretage tilkøb til sin eksisterende ordre. Dette gøres ved at vælge ’Tilkøb’ på kvitteringssiden. Returret

Fortrydelsesret
Bestillinger hos MicMic er omfattet reglerne om fjernsalg i dørsalgsloven. Hvis du ønsker at gøre brug af din fortrydelsesret, skal dette meddeles indenfor 30 dage fra modtagelsen af varen, og herefter har du endnu 14 dage til at sende varen retur.

Gaver
Hvis ordren er en gave, kan du blot notere, hvornår gaven skal gives i kommentarfeltet ved bestilling. Så gælder din returret fra denne dato i stedet.

Returnering – sådan gør du
We greatly appreciate that the cancellation is notified as soon as possible upon receipt.

  • Må de ikke være brugt ud over, hvad der er muligt, hvis den afprøves.

Data storage

Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law. In the event of a data breach, all our registered users will be contacted within 72 hours with notification of what data has been lost, as well as instructions on what to do about it. Our first priority in such a situation is to close the security hole in order to create the least possible data loss for the users.

Ægte læder
Produkter hos MicMic er produceret i ægte læder. Da dyrenes huder altid er forskellige, kan der synes at være variationer i læderet og derfor i hvert produkt. Det er med til at gøre læder og din style helt unik.

Begrænset parti
Desuden kan det ikke forventes, at hvert produkt vil være tilgængeligt på hjemmesiden i ubegrænset tid. MicMic er en virksomhed i konstant udvikling, så der vil være løbende ændringer af de enkelte produkter, og en vis mængde af forandringer i hele kollektionen. Af samme grund, er vi altid åbne for feedback eller nye idéer!

FAQ

I have regretted my purchase - what do I do? (right of withdrawal / right of return)

Orders from MicMic are covered by the rules on distance selling in the Door Sales Act. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, this must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item, after which you have another 14 days to send the item back.

If you return purchased items, they must not have been used beyond what is possible if tested. Marks must not be removed from the product.
In addition, the product must be sent back in a safe box, as otherwise there is a great risk that the item will be scratched along the way.
Note, orders with personal touch / initials such as. Sihanouk Personalized Keychains are non-returnable.

How do I switch to another product / color?

If you want to exchange a product, simply return the received item, cf. the right of withdrawal, where you will receive a refund of the entire amount on the invoice. Then you simply order the desired product at www.MicMic.dk

How long can gifts be exchanged?

If you want to give a MicMic product as a gift, simply note when the gift is to be given in the comments field when ordering.
Then you / the birther have 14 days from here to return / exchange the item.

When returning / exchanging, the rules on the right of return apply.

How do I process my MicMic product?

Several of MicMic's products come with a care guide. Therefore, check if there are instructions on your new MicMic product upon receipt.

If your product does not have an accompanying care manual, it is because the leather has a protective layer and does not necessarily need to be cared for before it is used.
