Terms of trade



Our cheapest shipping costs 30 kroner incl. VAT with DAO for a parcel shop (if you order an item that cannot be within DAO's permitted parcel sizes, the cheapest delivery is DKK 34, including VAT with Bring to a parcel shop).

Orders are delivered with Post Nord, Bring, DAO or GLS to the desired delivery address. Your delivery options will be displayed during the order / payment.
If you get free shipping, your package will be sent with DAO, Bring or GLS to the nearest parcel shop.
Normally, your order will be processed and shipped the same day the payment is received. The shipping company's delivery time is added afterwards (usually 1-4 business days).
NOTE: If a package is not collected and it later turns out that you/the customer has regretted the purchase, the return shipping will be charged.


Orders at MicMic are paid via PayPal, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, JCB, Diners or MobilePay.

You can choose between the payment options when you pay.

We always acknowledge receipt of your email, and send the package as soon as the money is received.

All prices include VAT and in Danish Kroner (DKK). The amount is deducted when the item is shipped.

Klarna: In order to offer Klarna's payment methods, we may transfer your personal information in the form of contact and order information to Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor these payment methods to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own Data Protection Notice.

When you buy from our shop, we offer the possibility that, after the purchase has been completed, you can make additional purchases to your existing order. This is done by selecting 'Add-on' on the receipt page. You will then receive a new order confirmation with the total updated order. This option is available until the add-on button is no longer clickable.

Privacy Policy

When you visit our website, a number of information is collected about you and your consumption of the page, which is used to see, among other things, how many visitors we have to our site, as well as which pages attract the most attention in which periods and from which geographical locations we have the most visitors. If you do not want information to be collected, you should opt out of the use of Analysis cookies. Below we have elaborated on what information is collected and their purpose.

Data collection

Personal information
Personal information is all kinds of information that can be attributed to a person. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of this information. The same if you use / make the following: Newsletter, webshop sales (purchase), participate in competitions, user registration, or sign up for offers.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID, technical information about your computer, tablet or phone, your IP address, geographical location (country and urban area), and which pages you click on. This only happens as long as you are on our website.

When visitors write comments on the website, we collect the data displayed in the comment form as well as your IP address and browser information to sort out spam.

Contact forms
When you use our contact form submission options on the website, these are stored and sent to our email system so that we can answer your questions. The contact forms are not used for marketing, signing up for newsletters or the like without your requesting this. Your data will not be forwarded outside of MicMic unless it is relevant to the subject and has your full approval.

To the extent that you yourself give explicit consent to this, and enter the information yourself, the following is also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address, payment information and other information you choose to enter. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or in connection with a purchase.

Analysis tools
In order to give us the best insight and comparison of data for our website, we use the following analysis tools, which are based on the above anonymous data: Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.

You have the right not to be included in our analyzes at any time - however, we appreciate that you help us make our website better so that we can understand what and where we need to focus our efforts.

Data storage

We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law. In the event of a data breach, all our registered users will be contacted within 72 hours with notification of what data has been lost, as well as instructions on what to do about it. Our first priority in such a situation is to close the security hole in order to create the least possible data loss for the users.

Data storage length
If you write and submit data to the website in the form of contact forms, these will be stored on the site for up to 5 years in order to refer to previous agreements and comments from these.

Users who register on our website can view, edit and delete their personal information at any time, and therefore there is no limit to how long we store this information.

The site administrators can view and edit the information available to users in their profiles at any time.

Analytical data is archived indefinitely to be able to see and follow our online growth as well as improve our activity.

Our customer purchase archives are archived on the basis of current Danish legislation.

Data Breach Procedures
We use an updated firewall, which notifies us at any time if our security has been breached. We will be notified as soon as possible, after which we can take care of the situation. In addition, our firewall provides weekly updates on prevented attempts against our security as well as an alert for increased attempted activity, so that we are informed at all times about possible attacks against our (and your) data.

Data rights
Export and delete data:
You have the right to access the data we store about you. You can ask to have a file exported with the personal data we have lying around, including all data you have given us. You can also request that we delete all personal data. This does not include any data that we are required to store for administrative, legal or security reasons.

The products at MicMic are produced in genuine leather. Since leather is always different, there may seem to be variations in each product. Furthermore, it can not be expected that every product will be available on the website indefinitely. MicMic is a company in constant development, so there will be ongoing changes to the individual products, and a certain amount of changes throughout the collection. For the same reason, we are always open to feedback or new ideas!

Right of return

Orders from MicMic are covered by the rules on distance selling in the Door Sales Act. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, this must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item, after which you have another 14 days to send the item back.
GIFTS: If it is a birthday or Christmas present, you can simply note when the gift is to be given in the comments field when ordering. You then have 14 days from here to return/exchange the item.

We greatly appreciate that the cancellation is notified as soon as possible upon receipt.
If you return purchased items, they must not have been used beyond what is possible if tested. Marks must not be removed from the product.
In addition, the product must be sent back in a box, as there is otherwise a high risk of it being scratched along the way.
Note, orders with personal touch / initials such as. Sihanouk Personalized Keychains are non-returnable.

You are responsible for any shipping costs and fees associated with returns. Items lost in the transport from you to MicMic will not be compensated for.

When returning an item, it is important that you write your order number on a note and what you want MicMic to do. It can e.g. be to issue a gift card (remember to indicate the email that must receive the electronic gift card) or to exchange for another product / color (please provide your email and the address the new product should be sent to) or the money back (you get it full amount on invoice return).
It makes our work easier, and therefore your service much faster.

You are in no way obligated to state any reason for the return, but we would appreciate it if you do so anyway. This enables us to know where to go to improve the range or our service.
